14-day guarantee

If Premium isn’t for you, we’ll refund your first payment if you ask within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request it

Email hola@serenfix.com from the address you used to buy. Lemon Squeezy processes the refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals

Monthly or yearly renewals are not refunded, except for billing errors or where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time so it doesn’t renew: you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

Right of withdrawal

By activating Premium you agree that the digital service starts immediately. Even so, we keep the 14-day guarantee on the first payment described above.
