1. Service provider
Serenfix is provided by Alejandro Ribes Martinez, tax ID 20918111W, based in Castellón de la Plana, Spain. Contact: hola@serenfix.com.
2. What Serenfix is
Serenfix is a content-filtering and privacy tool for the browser: an extension that automatically hides, blurs or pixelates the parts of images and videos the user chooses. All analysis happens on the user’s computer.
3. Plans
- Free: image censoring on any website, with every filter and style.
- Premium: adds videos and animated GIFs. Price: $3.99 per month or $40.70 per year (€3.99 or €40.70 in the eurozone). Taxes are calculated at checkout according to your country.
4. Payment and renewal
Subscriptions are sold and charged by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, which applies your country’s taxes and issues the invoice. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time using the subscription management link (in your purchase email) or by emailing us. You keep Premium until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
6. Service limitations
No automatic detection system is perfect. Serenfix greatly reduces exposure to the content you choose to hide, but it does not guarantee detecting 100% of cases on every website, format or condition. Websites may change and affect how it works. Do not rely on Serenfix as your only safeguard where a miss could cause serious harm.
7. Acceptable use
You must be of legal age to purchase Premium. You agree to use Serenfix lawfully and not to try to circumvent the licensing system.
8. Software and licences
The extension’s code is distributed under the GNU AGPL v3 licence. The Serenfix name, brand and logo are not covered by that licence. The subscription gives access to Premium features and their updates while it is active.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.
11. Governing law
Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
